As part of IMMA Dublin’s summer exhibition As Above, So Below, Liliane Lijn will present a selection of works from various periods of her career. Each of these works explore light in a different way, with the intention of encouraging a state of meditative awareness in the viewer.
Featuring an exciting selection of modern masterworks, contemporary art and new commissions, IMMA’s major international exhibition looks at the role of spirituality in visual art. Transcending the limitations of what is perceived as spiritual, this exhibition embraces the occult, the otherworld, human consciousness, mysticism and ritual, creating a space to reflect and explore these gateways to wonder.
