Liliane Lijn’s work in Tate’s collection, Liquid Reflections 1968, has been selected for inclusion in a major exhibition Tate is preparing for the inauguration of the new Museum of Art Pudong (MAP) in Shanghai.

Light: Works from Tate’s Collection will be the first exhibition organized as part of an ongoing partnership between Tate and MAP developer Shanghai Lujiazui Group.

The exhibition uses “light” as a clue to show more than 100 works from about 46 artists. The exhibition works span more than 200 years, roughly based on time, focusing on representative works and artists of various periods, explaining the evolution of “light” in artistic creation
