Seagate: the sea in my elbow, 1999

2 minute, 24 seconds

Seagate is the name of a gated community near Coney Island where, with my mother and grandmother, I spent the first year of my life. My elbow houses the voices of memory: the sea, my breath and my mother’s voice.
