Electricity (cosmic energy) meets the female archetype. Possibly kinetics and feminism are more closely related than one realises. Our use of electricity exploits an imbalance in potential between two poles, one positive and the other negative. In other words the energy so vital to our culture seems to come from an interplay of opposites. In this work, two sculptures represent opposite polarities which communicate using sound and light.
