Made during a residency at the Robert Niederer Hergiswil glass factory near Luzern.

I was there to work on a series of Heads . These heads were part of the female forms on which I have been working since 1979. I scavanged around the factory looking for forms and materials and came upon a metal cone form no doubt used for more practical objects. I am interested in them in particular because of their softness and their emptiness.
