All the proposals I made for roundabout sculptures related to what could be seen driving along roads and motorways. I wanted to use the iconography of the road, widening meaning through change of use and contradiction. Blue Arrows point towards sky and scaffolding is temporarily useless. Out of context symbols take on unexpected meanings.
