Historic England’s first major exhibition, telling the story of key public art created between 1945 and 1985, the exhibition will follow the fates and fortunes of site-specific sculptures and reliefs by pioneering artists, focussing on works that will be listed by Historic England.

Liliane Lijn at DACS Foundation Auction

10th - 24th September 2015

Liliane Lijn donated Quantum 1, a 1974 screen print, to be auctioned in support of the DACS Foundation, a new charitable organisation for the visual arts set up by DACS.

Liliane Lijn: Works 1961 – 1969

RCM Galerie, Paris, 4th June - 20th July 2015

Liliane Lijn returned to Paris with a solo show of works from 1961 to 1969, at RCM Galerie in Rue de Lille. The show included early works with light and some of her first works using found industrial materials and enamelled copper wire. A fully illustrated catalogue accompanied the exhibition, with texts by Guy Brett and Bronac Ferran.
