Poem Machines and Other Bookworks is the first New Zealand exhibition of Liliane Lijn. The exhibition was firstly held at National Library and travelled to its second venue in New Plymouth at Govett-Brewster Art Gallery curated by John Hurrell. Consisting of Lijn’s book works and poem machines, the exhibition aimed to explore the link between the works and Liliane Lijn’s books Crossing Map and Her Mother’s Voice.
